2. Intro Call
Candidates with the right mix of skills and experience are asked to have an introductory call with the Head of Human Resources.


3. Interviews
A few finalists are selected to participate in both virtual and on-site interviews with the hiring manager, working teams, and key stakeholders.


4. Decision and Offer
Finally, we make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
